SANY Electric Light Truck - 103kWh
A purpose-built light truck delivering zero-emissions, quiet operation with strong payload capacity and smooth, high-torque performance for urban and last-mile work. Lower fuel and maintenance costs, modern safety features, and backing from SANY’s global manufacturing scale make it a practical, future-ready fleet upgrade.

Urban Workhorse
Designed for urban and suburban operations, this 6-ton platform delivers a genuine working payload of 3,090 kg while offering excellent manoeuvrability, a minimum turning radius under 7 m, and long-range urban performance of up to 300 km—perfect for full-day last-mile routes without mid-shift charging. Equipped with a 60 kW (115 kW peak) PMSM electric motor delivering 135 Nm (350 Nm peak) of torque, it provides strong low-speed performance for smooth drivability in stop-start urban traffic and under heavy loads.
Charging Efficiency
Featuring a durable 103 kWh LFP battery with 502 V for long cycle life and enhanced safety, it supports fast DC charging (20–80% in ≤40 minutes) and flexible 22 kW three-phase AC charging for quick turnarounds or cost-effective overnight depot charging.

Safety First
Equipped with advanced safety technologies—including AEBS, LDW, and FCW, a 360° camera system, and driver fatigue monitoring—this vehicle helps prevent collisions, keeps you aware of your surroundings, and supports safer, more confident driving in urban and suburban environments.

Customisable Load
Customisable container boxes to suit your needs—choose size, door placement, tailgate options, or even refrigerated solutions for your chassis

Integrating solar or renewable energy procurement further reduces operational overheads and scales your ACCU revenue toward its maximum potential by eliminating grid-based emissions.
Electric output is calculated using the same number of trucks and total distance travelled, with an energy consumption rate of 0.35 kWh/km (actual rates vary by route conditions and load, and are higher for refrigerated variants). We assume an electricity emissions factor of 0.6 kg COâ‚‚-e/kWh (standard grid connection without renewable energy), an electricity cost of $0.25/kWh, and an ACCU price of $35. Please note that these values vary with market and industry conditions and in no way does this calculator tool constitute an assurance, warranty, or is legally binding.
